Ordering
Yes! Our available drop-off times for our wash-dry-fold laundry service are Monday-Friday, 9am-11am and 3pm-5pm.
If you prefer to drop your laundry off with us and pick it up when we’re finished perfecting it for you, it only costs $1.50/pound.
The minimum for a drop-off laundry order is only 20lbs. You can still give us as much or as little laundry as you want, but if it is less than 20 pounds you’ll be charged for the 20 pound minimum.
There is no delivery fee when you order a laundry pick-up and delivery!
Pick-up and delivery laundry orders cost $1.75/lb.

Preparing for Pick-up
No. You can put your clothes out for pick-up in any bag you want. Just make sure it is closed at the top. Most people use disposable bags. You can also put your clothes out in your hamper, in which case we will transfer your clothes to our disposable bags and leave your hamper behind.

No! That’s our job. Your job is to tap and order. We take care of everything else. We’re all about your convenience. Just put your clothes out after you order and go on with your day. We’ll pick up your dirty clothes, wash, dry, fold, and deliver them to you clean and fresh the next day!

Care of Clothes
We launder clothes in cold water only. However, if you want us to launder in hot water, simply request it in “special instructions” and we’ll accommodate you.
We don’t recommend fabric softener. However, if you want fabric softener simply request it in “special instructions” and provide the fabric softener you want used and we’ll be happy to accommodate you.
We use high quality commercial detergents. (Tide, Aerial, and Gain)
Yes. Simply include the hangers with your laundry and indicate in “special instructions” which items you want hung.
No! Never. Your clothes are kept together at all times and never mixed with other orders. So there are no sanitation issues and no risk of your clothes getting lost.
Delivery
Orders received by 3pm are delivered next day by 8pm.
No worries. Your clothes are returned in weather-proof sealed bags.
Laundry pick up and delivery occurs between 8am-8pm. EZLaundry2Go will send a message indicating approximately what time they plan to pick up, usually within a few hours of you placing your order.
